Biggest, Baddest Art Show in Progress!




The annual Biggest, Baddest Art Show is in progress!


If you haven't had a chance to view the extraordinary talent, come by anytime to the Powerhouse between 9 and 5 Monday through Friday and after hours for special events.

The show will be available until December 19th. 

The show was professionally judged this year by Caron Gallery in Tupelo.  In addition, all reception attendees voted on their favorite work!

Biggest, Baddest Art Show!

The annual Biggest, Baddest Art Show is in progress at the Powerhouse!

The show will exhibit now until December 19th.

Works may be viewed from 9-5 and after hours during special events.

Please join us for a meet the artists reception on Tuesday, November 15th from 6-8.

Winners of the juried show will be announced and all attendees will have a chance to vote for their favorite work!

Bill Perry will be performing throughout the evening.

Appetizers and beverages will be served and the public is invited to attend.

Here are a few of the  over 50 paintings that are on display.

Fall Into Art

Oxford Artists' Guild presents

Fall Into Art

Members will be exhibiting on the Courthouse Lawn from 9 until 5 on Saturday, September 24th.  The Senatobia band Boyd and Evans will be performing live from 12 until 3.  Come and join us for great music and original, unique local art.

Some of the members participating are June Pryor, Andy Hight, Tiffeny Owens, Laila Owens, Ed Tropp, Cindy Aune, Cecil Bowers, and Catherine Smith.

Many artists will ship and/or deliver locally, so football fans come out and visit us before and after the game!

In case of inclement weather, the show will be moved to Sunday, September 25th from 10-4:30.

163 area youths submitted their talented works to the 5th Annual Youth Art Exhibition held recently at the Powerhouse.  A reception was held in conjunction with the Art Crawl on March 22nd.
