The telling is free, but the pumpkins will cost you.
Closing the Halloween season, on Friday evening the 29th at 6:00 p.m., the North Mississippi Storytellers Guild will share ghostly tales and songs under the Bodock tree at the L. Q. C. Lamar Museum. Again the Telling Teens will join the tellers to showcase their tales learned in workshops offered through a grant from the Mississippi Arts Commission by master storyteller Dr. Rebecca Jernigan.
